Share the Pain
Share the Pain is here for all our friends and family who would like to come by the gym and check us out!!! Today, Thursday, and Friday we open our classes up and offer free training, regardless of tier designation!
We are pushing Share the Pain up a day this time around and from here forward. This is, of course, because all classes this Saturday are canceled except for the Benchmark BBQ class at 3pm!
Benchmark BBQ
On Saturday 16th, at 3pm, we will be holding our first Benchmark BBQ. Everyone is asked to bring a paleo side dish of their choosing, and we will provide the protein! The regular occurance of the Benchmark BBQ is contigent on the response to this first one. With that in mind, I hope to see plenty of people at our Inaugural Benchmark BBQ! Let's make it a great event and one worth repeating every 4 weeks!
Yoga at CrossFit Las Vegas
On Saturday October 16th at 12pm, we will be offering our first of three Yoga classes, taught by good friend Tristan Jih. This class will not be canceled for the Benchmark BBQ For more infomation click here.
