Essential Vitamins?

Yoga!?!
Yep!  We will be offering three yoga classes in the month of October beginning on Saturday, October 16th at 12pm.  The other two classes will be at the same time on October 23rd and 30th!  The intstructor for these classes will be a face that is familiar to some of you who may have seen that interesting fellow practicing gymnastic movements on his straps, Tristan Jih.
These classes will be taught as a three-part series and will follow this format:
Part 1:  Sun Salutations
An introduction to three different sun salutations, geared to warming up the body and increasing flexibility.
 
Part 2: Post-Workout Stretches
A selection of postures perfect for increasing flexibility, muscle endurance, and body awareness.
 
Part 3:  Tristan Class
A "standard" Vinyasa flow class as taught by Tristan.
 
If you are interested in participating we will have a sign up sheet ready for you at the front desk!  All three classes can purchase for $50, or you can choose which single class you'd like to take for $20.
